Okay, that was true enough. Even at her school things were whispered about Norman. Courtney would brush them off expertly though and turn it away from her. High school was hard and no one understood being part of the in crowd. Least of all Norman.

"No one judges me. Well, no one important anyways." She was a daddy's girl so that wasn't an issue, "Maybe. We've got to have weird cousins or something that aren't from Blithe. Somewhere." She put the sandwich down, making a face at the crunch and just shaking her head.
